We are a family-owned cosmetic plastic surgery practice in the Green Hills area of Nashville. As referenced in our philosophy, our focus is providing beautiful and natural results while preserving what makes each of our patients unique. ABOUT THE JOB
Our Aesthetic Liaison is the first face patients see when they walk through the doors and the last face they see when they leave. As the Aesthetic Liaison, your responsibilities span from checking patients in and out, providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, taking payment and running our internal marketing program. You will be working with both new and existing patients, and ensuring their experience is positive, pleasant, and top tier. Additional duties include answering the phones, keeping the front desk and waiting area tidy and organized, merchandising product and ensuring inventory remains stocked, assisting management and providers, performing opening/closing duties, and remaining up to date with product and service information. Your job is vital to the experience of each patient and to the success of Gilpin Facial Plastics.
ABOUT YOU
Our Aesthetic Liaisons must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be in constant interaction with our patients. You must have an unmatched work ethic, a love for people and have a passion for our industry. We expect you to know your stuff (we will provide the training) to answer patient questions regarding treatments and products. You enjoy being on a team and bring a positive attitude to every situation. You are someone who is able to take direction and work independently as a self-starter. You should be skilled in organization and time-management. You can expect relevant training to help sharpen your current skill set and equip you to excel in this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 39 per week
